The BZP Winkhaus AV2 Heritage Lock - 1770mm - Right Handed in nan finish offers a versatile solution for both replacement period doors and prestige new build doors. The Euro profile locking cylinder is strategically located at a similar height to a traditional round cylinder pull, providing enhanced security by locking automatically as soon as the door is closed.
This lock is easily operated with a Euro profile thumbturn cylinder situated approximately at 2/3 of the door's height, mimicking the rim locking night latch found on traditional doors. An external lever handle is not needed to engage the locking points, and the lock can be deadlocked or opened from the outside by turning the key a quarter of a turn. From the inside, the door locks automatically upon closing, and a key is necessary to gain entry from the outside.
