Heritage Brass Victoria Mortice Knobs on Latch Plate

Heritage Brass Victoria mortice knobs on latch plates are solid brass door furniture with a classic silhouette and traditional character. Supplied as a pair, they are intended for internal doors where locking is not required, making them suitable for rooms operated by a simple latch rather than a lock.

Latch operation and door requirements

These door knobs are half-sprung and designed to work with a lightly sprung latch. When replacing an existing door knob, they can be used with a standard UK tubular latch. For a new door installation, a suitable tubular latch will also be required and must be purchased separately.

The Victoria design is available in a choice of finishes spanning warm, aged and cooler tones. Options include Antique Brass, Matt Bronze, Polished Brass, Satin Brass, Polished Chrome and Satin Nickel. Polished finishes provide a brighter appearance, while satin and antique options offer a more muted alternative. This breadth of choice allows the knobs and plates to be selected in relation to other door fittings and the surrounding interior.

Choose this latch version for non-locking internal doors. Doors requiring key locking or bathroom privacy need the appropriate lock and matching door furniture instead.
