Heritage Brass Standard Square Key Escutcheons

The Heritage Brass SQ5002 Standard Square Key Escutcheon is a decorative cover for the keyhole on doors fitted with mortice lever locks or deadlocks. Its clean square outline provides a coordinated finishing detail for suitable key-operated door furniture.

Square escutcheons in a choice of finishes

Made from solid brass, the escutcheon measures 54 x 54 mm. The finish selection spans traditional, warm and cool tones, including Antique Brass, Matt Bronze, Polished Brass and Satin Brass, alongside Polished Chrome, Satin Chrome and Satin Nickel.

This escutcheon covers the keyhole rather than operating the lock itself. It is intended for doors where a keyhole is required with a mortice lever lock or deadlock, helping to create a neat appearance around the opening. Choose a finish to coordinate with the other Heritage Brass door furniture used on the door.

Each SQ5002 key escutcheon is supplied individually with its fixing screws and fasteners. When selecting door hardware, check that the square 54 mm backplate suits the available space and the position of the lock keyhole.
