The Heritage Brass SQ4035 is a square bathroom thumbturn and emergency release designed to operate a bathroom lock in rooms requiring privacy. Made from solid brass, it has a clean square silhouette and a 54 x 54 mm backplate, making it suitable for use alongside a lever handle on square rose.
Bathroom lock and finish options
This turn and release is a privacy accessory rather than a complete door handle or bathroom lock. It should be combined with a suitable lever handle and bathroom lock to create the required locking arrangement. Suitable bathroom lock options identified for the SQ4035 include the YKBL2N-AT and YKBL3N-AT.
Finishes available across the range include:
- Warm finishes such as Antique Brass, Polished Brass and Satin Brass
- Matt Bronze for a darker appearance
- Cool-toned Polished Chrome, Satin Chrome and Satin Nickel
The square format is particularly relevant when selecting accompanying door furniture, as the SQ4035 is intended to sit with a lever on square rose. Check the chosen finish and related lock hardware when assembling a coordinated bathroom door set.
