Heritage Brass Square Bathroom Turn & Release

The Heritage Brass BAU1555 Square Bathroom Turn & Release is a solid-brass privacy control for bathroom and bedroom doors. Designed to operate a bathroom lock, it combines a thumbturn with an emergency release and has a square backplate suited to matching lever handles on square roses.

Choosing your bathroom turn and release

This fitting is intended to form part of a complete privacy-door arrangement rather than act as a standalone lock or door handle. Combine it with a lever handle on square rose and a suitable bathroom lock. Compatible lock options identified for this design are the YKBL2N-AT and YKBL3N-AT.

• Function: Operates a bathroom lock for rooms requiring privacy
• Backplate size: 54 x 54 mm
• Material: Solid brass

Finish options available across the range include Antique Brass and Matt Bronze for warmer schemes, Satin Brass for a softer golden tone, and the cooler appearance of Polished Chrome or Satin Nickel. Select the finish to coordinate with the accompanying square-rose lever handles and other door furniture. Check the chosen handle and bathroom lock separately to ensure all components required for the door are included.
