The Heritage Brass Sorrento round standard key escutcheon is a decorative keyhole surround for doors fitted with a mortice lever lock or deadlock. Made from zinc alloy, it covers the opening around the keyhole and gives the lock furniture a neat, coordinated appearance. Its circular form has a maximum diameter of 53mm.
Finish options for Sorrento door furniture
The available finishes are Apollo, Matt Black, Polished Chrome, Satin Chrome and Satin Nickel. Polished and satin metallic finishes provide several cool-toned options, while Matt Black offers a darker alternative. Apollo provides an additional choice for coordinating the escutcheon with the surrounding door furniture.
This standard key escutcheon is a decorative component rather than a lock. It is designed to sit around the keyhole used with a mortice lever lock or deadlock, with the separate lock providing the locking function. Each escutcheon is supplied as one piece with the required fixing screws and fasteners. Before selecting a finish, check that the 53mm maximum diameter is suitable for the available space around the keyhole and consider how it will coordinate with the other ironmongery on the door.
