Heritage Brass V4045 Round Bathroom Turn & Release

The Heritage Brass V4045 is a round thumbturn and emergency release designed to operate a bathroom lock on doors where privacy is required. Made from solid brass, it is intended for use alongside a lever handle on a round rose, creating a coordinated privacy setup for bathroom or bedroom doors.

Choose a finish for your door furniture

Finish options across the V4045 range include warm Antique Brass, Polished Brass and Satin Brass, as well as darker Matt Bronze. For a cooler appearance, the collection also offers Polished Chrome, Satin Chrome and Satin Nickel. These choices make it possible to coordinate the turn and release with other Heritage Brass door furniture in the selected finish.

The V4045 combines a thumbturn with an emergency release and should be used with a suitable bathroom lock rather than a standard latch or sash lock. Bathroom lock options identified for this design include YKBL2N-AT and YKBL3N-AT. When selecting the hardware for a door, check that the chosen lever on round rose, bathroom lock and turn-and-release finish are the appropriate combination for the required privacy function.
