Heritage Brass Reeded Mortice Door Knobs

Heritage Brass Reeded Mortice Door Knobs combine a classic rounded profile with textured reeded detailing. Made from solid brass and mounted on a rose, these knobs are intended for internal doors where locking is not required, making them suitable for rooms operated by a latch.

Half-sprung knobs for use with a tubular latch

The knobs are half-sprung and should be paired with a lightly sprung latch. When replacing an existing door knob, they can operate with a standard UK tubular latch. For a new door installation, a suitable tubular latch will also be required. These mortice knobs are covered by a 10-year mechanical warranty.

Finish options across the range include warm Antique Brass, Polished Brass and Satin Brass, darker Matt Bronze, and cool-toned Polished Chrome, Satin Chrome, Polished Nickel and Satin Nickel. This choice makes it easier to coordinate the reeded design with other door fittings and surrounding interior details.

When selecting your door furniture, check that the chosen latch is appropriately sprung for a half-sprung knob and that no locking function is needed. Doors requiring privacy or key locking will need a different knob and lock configuration.
