Heritage Brass Mayfair Unsprung Mortice Door Knobs

Heritage Brass Mayfair mortice door knobs combine a classic silhouette with refined detailing for traditional and transitional interiors. Made from solid brass, each unsprung knob is mounted on a rose and is intended for internal doors where locking is not required.

Choosing a latch and finish

As these Mayfair door knobs are unsprung, they are designed to work with a heavy-duty UK tubular latch. When replacing an existing knob, check that the fitted latch is suitable. For a new door, a compatible tubular latch will also be required; the specified Heritage Brass option is reference YKAL3-AT. This non-locking format is suited to rooms where a separate lock or privacy function is unnecessary.

Finish options across the range include Antique Brass and Matt Bronze for a warmer or aged appearance, Polished Brass and Satin Brass, plus cooler Polished Chrome, Satin Chrome and Satin Nickel choices. This selection makes it easier to coordinate the Mayfair design with other door fittings and interior hardware. The mechanism is covered by a 10-year mechanical warranty.
