Heritage Brass RS2004 Round Euro Cylinder Escutcheons

The Heritage Brass RS2004 is a round euro profile cylinder escutcheon designed to provide a decorative surround for the cylinder opening on a door. Made from solid brass, it has a maximum diameter of 53 mm and is intended for use on doors fitted with suitable mortice lever locks or deadlocks.

Choosing an RS2004 escutcheon finish

Finish options across the range include traditional tones such as Antique Brass and Polished Brass, understated Matt Bronze, and lighter finishes including Satin Brass, Satin Nickel, Polished Nickel and Polished Chrome. A combined Matt Bronze and Satin Brass option is also available. This selection makes it easier to coordinate the escutcheon with other door furniture, while finish availability should be checked for the chosen option.

The round format offers a compact alternative to a full backplate, covering the opening around a euro profile cylinder while leaving the surrounding door surface visible. Each product contains one escutcheon together with its fixing screws and fasteners. When selecting this item, check that the lock and cylinder arrangement uses a euro profile opening and that the 53 mm maximum diameter is appropriate for the door and associated hardware.
