Heritage Brass Bedford Long-Plate Door Handles

The Heritage Brass Bedford collection comprises solid brass lever door handles on long backplates, supplied as pairs. The design has a classic silhouette and is available in several functional configurations, allowing matching handles to be used across doors with different locking and privacy requirements.

Latch, lock and bathroom options

Choose the latch version for internal doors where locking is not required; it operates with a standard UK tubular latch. The lever lock version is intended for doors requiring a standard UK sash lock, while the Euro profile version works with a Euro profile sash lock. An oval-profile plate option is also available. For bathroom doors requiring privacy, select the bathroom handle designed to operate with a standard UK bathroom lock. A suitable latch or lock will be required for new doors, depending on the chosen handle.

Finishes offered across the Bedford range include the warm tones of Antique Brass and Polished Brass, alongside Polished Chrome, Satin Chrome and Satin Nickel. These choices allow the traditional character of the lever and backplate to be coordinated with other door fittings. Finish availability may vary by functional version, so check the selected option before ordering. Lock and Euro profile handles are listed for internal and external doors, while the latch and bathroom versions are specified for internal doors.
