From The Anvil Regency Lever Door Handles on Backplate

From The Anvil Regency lever door handles on backplate are supplied as a pair and share the same Regency styling: a simple square-edged backplate with a smooth, rounded lever and a strong spring incorporated into the boss design. They’re designed to coordinate with other items in the Regency range.

Choose the configuration to suit the door function. Latch handles are intended for use with a tubular mortice latch. Bathroom handles include a privacy thumbturn and are for internal doors where privacy is required. Lock and Euro lock variants are for doors where key locking is required; the Euro lock version is used with a Euro sash lock in conjunction with a Euro cylinder, while the lock version is specified for use with a 5 lever BS sash lock.
