From The Anvil Peardrop Espag Window Handles

From The Anvil Peardrop Espag window handles combine a simple peardrop-shaped handle with a modern espagnolette (espag) configuration for casement windows. This family covers the 16mm standard version, designed with slim fixing plates so it can be fitted to different window types, including uPVC and timber.

These handles are handed, so you can choose the correct option for your window. From the inside looking out, if the window is hinged on the right you need a right-handed handle, and if it is hinged on the left you need a left-handed handle. The handle is cranked forwards to make it easier to grip, while keeping projection moderate.

Sizes, locking and finish options

Across the range, the espag spindle is 7mm square x 40mm and the mechanism can be locked by way of a grub screw (depending on installation). Supplied with matching SS M5 screws. Finish options across the family include Beeswax, Black and Pewter Patina (availability varies by handed option).
