From The Anvil Locking Shepherd’s Crook Fasteners are traditional casement window fasteners with a locking function, designed to coordinate with other items in the Shepherd’s Crook range. The fasteners are forged from mild steel and are supplied with both a mortice plate and a hook plate to suit different fitting preferences, along with matching stainless steel wood screws.

Choosing the correct version

This collection includes both left-handed and right-handed fasteners. Handing is determined from the inside looking out: if your window is hinged on the right, choose a right-handed fastener (and vice versa). The locking mechanism operates via a grub screw.

Finishes available across the range include Beeswax, Black and Pewter Patina (finish availability varies by handed option).
