From The Anvil Excal Claw Gearboxes

From The Anvil Excal Claw Gearboxes are window locking components designed for casement window applications. Across the range you can choose between versions with claws and versions without claws, helping you match the gearbox to the way the window is intended to lock.

The Claws version uses central claws that lock into a centre keep, alongside shoot bolts that lock into the corners of the window. The No Claws version is intended for use on windows with a centre mullion where central locking isn’t required. Depending on the chosen option, the gearboxes are described as suitable for PVC, timber and aluminium casement windows.

Sizes and options

These Excal gearboxes are available in different backset options across the family, with 22mm and 25mm listed. Please note finish/size availability can vary by version.
