From The Anvil Bathroom Latches (Rim)

From The Anvil bathroom latches in this range are surface-mounted rim locks designed for bathroom and WC doors where a simple privacy function is required. Rather than being morticed into the door, the latch case fits to the door face and uses a matching surface-mounted keep on the frame.

Each latch is lockable via a snib on the top of the case, allowing the door to be secured for privacy when in use. These bathroom latches are described as being cast from solid iron and are supplied with matching stainless steel wood screws for fitting.

Choosing the correct hand and finish

The key choice within the range is handing. Select the version that matches the hinge side of an inward-opening door:

• Left handed: for inward-opening doors hinged on the left
• Right handed: for inward-opening doors hinged on the right

Finishes available across the family include Iron and Polished Brass (finish availability may vary by option).
