These Frelan Hardware intumescent kits are designed for use with heavy-duty door latches, helping to provide added fire protection by expanding when exposed to heat. The range covers common latch sizes, making it easier to select a compatible kit for your chosen hardware.

Choose the right kit for your latch

Across the family, kits are listed as suitable for 64mm, 76mm and 102mm HD latches. Two fire-protection options are available, depending on the version selected: a 30-minute kit and a 60-minute kit. Thickness varies by rating, with the 30-minute kit specified at 1mm and the 60-minute kit specified at 2mm.

All options are supplied in a single listed finish (shown as Default Title in the source data). Select the kit that matches both the required fire rating and the latch size you are fitting.
