These Frelan Hardware intumescent kits are made to suit flush bolts in 300mm and 450mm sizes, helping you add tested fire protection at the point the bolt is fitted into the door edge. Designed to expand when exposed to heat, they are a straightforward way to specify the correct kit alongside your chosen flush bolt.

30-minute and 60-minute options

Across the range you can choose between two fire-resistance ratings, depending on the door specification. The kits also differ in thickness, so you can match the correct version to your requirement without guessing.

• For 300mm & 450mm flush bolts: compatible with both stated bolt lengths
• Fire rating options: 30 minutes or 60 minutes
• Thickness options: 1mm (30-minute kit) or 2mm (60-minute kit)

These products are supplied as intumescent kits (rather than a visible decorative item), so finish selection is not a factor within this family.
