Ghost Concealed Butt Hinges provide a fully hidden hinge solution for flush, unrebated quality timber doors in internal residential and commercial settings. With the hinge concealed in the door and frame, they allow a clean, flush appearance while still offering smooth operation.

Across the range, these hinges are 3D adjustable for accurate door alignment, with adjustment for height, depth and lateral movement. They also feature concealed fixings with removable cover plates, and are supplied with fixings including Allen keys, wood screws and cover plates. A 5 year mechanical warranty is stated for the range.

Sizes, ratings and finish options

Two sizes are available: 140mm and 160mm, supplied as single hinges. Depending on the version chosen, fire ratings vary (including FD30 with 1mm Graphite Flexifire and FD60 with 2mm Graphite Flexifire), as do stated door weight capacities (including 60kg and 120kg). Material information also varies by size/version, with zinc listed on some options and 304g stainless steel on others.
