Burlington Turns & Release Traditional Thumbturns

Frelan Hardware Burlington Turns & Release traditional thumbturns are designed for bathroom and WC privacy doors, pairing an internal turn with an external emergency release. Made from solid brass, they coordinate with other Burlington door furniture for a consistent look across a project.

Across the range you can choose the rose style to suit the rest of your ironmongery. Options include plain, chamfered, stepped, reeded and knurled round roses, plus square plain and square stepped versions. A no rose option is also available, depending on the look you’re trying to achieve.

Sizes and finish options

All versions share the same key dimensions: a 47mm diameter rose, with a thumbturn projection of 38mm and an emergency release projection of 16mm. Finishes available across the family include warm and traditional tones such as Antique Brass and Dark Bronze, as well as cooler options like Polished Nickel and Satin Nickel; Satin Brass is also offered. Finish availability varies by rose option.

Each thumbturn set is supplied with the fittings needed for installation and is specified for internal use in residential and commercial settings.
