Available as a fire-door specification within the Oak Mirage range, this door is offered in a selection of standard widths at a fixed height and 44mm thickness. Installation and finishing guidance provided with the product should be followed, and any trimming or on-site adjustments must respect the maximum trim allowances supplied.

Installation Guidance (from example variant)

• Example variant weight: 29kg; use appropriate fixings and hardware for the installed weight.
• We recommend installing with three 4" ball-bearing hinges rated to a suitable weight.
• Maximum trim on long edge: 3mm. Maximum trim on top edge: 0mm. Maximum trim on bottom edge: 3mm.

Finishing Guidance

This door is supplied pre-finished and will only require refinishing on trimmed or cut-out areas. The supplied finish is a clear satin lacquer; for touch-up on trimmed areas we recommend using a clear satin varnish. Refer to the door care leaflet provided with the door for further details.
