M.Marcus Architectural Hardware Cabinet Handles

Shop M. Marcus Architectural Hardware cabinet handles for kitchen cupboards, drawers, wardrobes and fitted furniture. The collection spans sand-cast black iron pulls, rustic bronze and pewter designs, distressed metal cup and drop pulls, and contemporary wooden handles in natural finishes.

This page is dedicated to cabinet pull handles, including bar, cup, drawer, ring and drop-pull designs. Compact single-fixing M. Marcus cabinet knobs are available separately.

Cabinet and Drawer Pull Handles

Cabinet handles provide a defined handhold for opening furniture doors and drawers. Their larger gripping area can be particularly useful on wide drawers, tall cupboards and frequently used kitchen units, while their shape and fixing position create an important visual line across the cabinetry.

The M. Marcus Architectural Hardware range includes compact traditional drawer pulls as well as longer handles for larger cabinet fronts. Sizes, materials and fixing arrangements vary, so always use the technical dimensions for the individual product.

Choose Your Cabinet Handle Style

Bar and Bridge Cabinet Handles

Bar and bridge handles provide a clear grip and are available in a wide selection of fixing centres. Round, Metro, Wide Metro, traditional and contemporary profiles allow them to work across kitchens, wardrobes, utility rooms and bespoke joinery.

Cup and Traditional Drawer Pulls

Cup pulls are gripped from underneath and work especially well on drawer fronts. Traditional and elongated drawer pulls introduce more decorative shaping, making them suitable for Shaker kitchens, period furniture, dressers and country-style cabinetry.

Ring and Drop Pull Handles

Ring and drop pulls hang from a fixed backplate and lift when used. Designs range from restrained round rings to decorative swan and ornate furniture pulls, providing a traditional detail for drawers, bureau fronts and character-led cabinetry.

Wooden Cabinet Handles

Selected M. Marcus cabinet handles are manufactured from real wood, including Oak, Walnut and Black Ash options. Metro, slim and Gio-inspired shapes offer a warmer alternative to metal hardware, while selected T-bar designs combine timber grips with contrasting metal feet.

Black Iron Cabinet Handles

The matt-black iron collection uses traditional sand-casting methods to create cabinet furniture with a characterful surface and substantial feel. Traditional, round, arched and Metro-style designs allow black iron to suit rustic interiors as well as more contemporary industrial schemes.

Black iron should be cleaned and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions. Check suitability carefully before using any cabinet hardware in damp, exposed or high-humidity environments.

Rustic and Distressed Finishes

Selected cabinet handles are available in Rustic Dark Bronze and Rustic Pewter. Other furniture designs use Distressed Brass, Distressed Pewter, Matt Bronze, Old Iron and Matt Black. These finishes intentionally introduce aged character rather than a bright, uniform appearance.

Material varies between products and may include black iron, solid bronze, zinc alloy or wood. Products sharing a similar finish are not necessarily made from the same base material or maintained in the same way.

Measure the Fixing Centres

The critical replacement measurement is normally the centre-to-centre distance, abbreviated to CTC. Measure from the centre of one fixing hole to the centre of the other. Choosing the same fixing centres may allow existing holes to be reused without altering the cabinet front.

Fixing centres are different from overall handle length. Also check the projection, width, base dimensions and grip clearance. For ring, drop and cup pulls, confirm the position and spacing of every fixing rather than assuming the decorative backplate indicates the drilling pattern.

Check the Panel and Screw Length

Most cabinet handles are rear-fixed with bolts passing through the drawer or cabinet front. Confirm that the supplied bolts suit the panel thickness, especially where a decorative drawer front is attached to a separate drawer box. A compatible longer or shorter fixing may be required.

Coordinate Your Cabinet Furniture

Use one handle design throughout a room or combine longer pulls on wide drawers with complementary M. Marcus cabinet knobs on smaller doors. If you need help checking fixing centres, panel thickness or coordinating finishes, contact Door2Door Handles before ordering.
