Fitting jig and drilling template for Ceam 3D concealed (invisible) hinges. The template is made from 5 mm thick aluminium plates and guides the drilling and routing of hinge slots for concealed hinge installations.The jig comprises a central body and a double-insert system; inserts are supplied separately. Two insert types are used for each hinge model: type A to execute the stroke slot and type B for the internal depth slot. This product is sized for the 100mm x 22mm and 134mm x 24mm hinge configurations and is designed for use with a manual pantograph using a 16 mm diameter cutter and a 27 mm external ring.Key Features
