The Extended Surface Bolt (202mm x 36mm) is a surface-mounted door bolt with an extended handle designed to make operation easier where fittings are high or low. It is the extended version of a standard surface bolt and is intended for manual door locking where a sliding barrel bolt is required.This extended model provides a long handle reach and positive location when closed. The bolt uses an integral ball-and-spring mechanism and a flat sliding barrel; it is supplied with a selection of three strikes to suit both inward and outward opening doors.
