Intumescent Kit for Hinges - 102mm Radiused Hinges - 30 Mins

This intumescent kit is designed for use with 102mm radiused hinges and provides a passive fire-protection measure around hinge areas. The material expands when exposed to heat to help maintain the integrity of the door perimeter at hinge locations and is supplied in packs for multiple hinges.

Each kit has a nominal 1mm thickness and is specified to give 30-minute fire protection for compatible hinge installations. Kits are supplied in packs of six and are intended for use where an intumescent strip designed for 102mm radiused hinges is required.
